Prostanthera ovalifolia 'Variegata' – Variegated Mint Bush (Australian Mint Bush)
A lovely fast-growing evergreen shrub from Australia, 'Variegata' brings fragrance and year-round color to borders, containers, and hedges. Deep green aromatic leaves are edged and marked with cream, creating an attractive contrast even when the plant is not flowering. In spring, abundant bell-shaped purple flowers appear on branched stalks above the foliage, adding a delightful seasonal display. Grow in sun to shade with moderate water, and prune after flowering to encourage bushy growth and maintain its shape. Its fragrant variegated foliage makes it an excellent choice for a sensory garden or a colorful garden backdrop.
