1. General Terms These Terms of Service govern your purchase of plants and related products from russianriverrootworks.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

2. Product Descriptions We strive to accurately describe and photograph all plants. However, plants are living organisms and may vary in size, color, and appearance from images shown. Seasonal variations are normal.

3. Pricing and Payment All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery We ship plants with care to ensure they arrive in good condition. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions or carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Plant Health and Guarantees Plants are shipped healthy and ready to grow. We do not offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged or fails to adjust within the first week, send us photos within 24 hours and we will exchange the plants for new ones. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability Plants are living things that require proper care. We are not responsible for plant health issues arising from improper care, environmental conditions, pests, or diseases after delivery. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected plants.

7. Customer Responsibilities You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring someone is available to receive live plants. You must follow provided care instructions and acclimate plants properly to their new environment.

8. Availability Plant availability is subject to growing seasons and stock levels. We reserve the right to cancel orders if plants become unavailable.

9. Intellectual Property All content on our website, including images, descriptions, and branding, is the property of Russian River Rootworks and may not be used without permission.

10. Privacy We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information to third parties.
