Shipping + Returns
We process orders quickly and ship plants with care to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to thrive.
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days (may be longer during peak season).
Because we work with live inventory, some plants may become unavailable or not meet our quality standards at the time of fulfillment. When this happens, we may issue store credit (preferred), a refund, or offer a suitable substitution.
To help you get the best shipping value, we recommend ordering 3–4 plants or more per shipment.
