Named after the beloved after-dinner mint, 'After Eight' is a delightful peppermint with a distinctive chocolate-mint fragrance that makes it a favorite for desserts, teas, cocktails, and garnishes. Its dark green leaves with purple-tinged stems are as attractive as they are aromatic. White flower spikes appear in summer, attracting bees and butterflies. Like all mints, it spreads by runners and is best contained in pots.
