A classic shade garden perennial, 'Beacon Silver' is prized for its luminous silver foliage that lights up dark corners and spreads to form a weed-suppressing ground cover. Rose-pink blooms appear from spring through summer, adding a soft flush of color above the striking leaves. Semi-evergreen and low-maintenance, it roots as it grows, making it excellent for covering ground under trees, in containers, and in hanging baskets. Tolerates drought, deer, clay, and coastal conditions.
