A sport of the beloved 'Halcyon', 'First Frost' is a vigorous, clumping hosta prized for its powdery blue-green foliage edged in cream that ages to pure white as the season progresses — holding its beauty all the way until the first frost. Lavender bell-shaped blooms appear in summer on tall 28" flower stalks, attracting butterflies and hummingbirds. Deer and drought tolerant, it thrives as a ground cover, container plant, or border specimen in part shade to full shade.
