'Blue Waterfall' is a vigorous, low-spreading Serbian Bellflower that earns its name with a cascading waterfall of blue star-shaped flowers in summer and fall. Its trailing habit makes it exceptional in hanging baskets, spilling over rock walls, and as a ground cover. Tough and adaptable, it handles drought, deer, and coastal conditions with ease, and its cheerful blue blooms make excellent cut flowers.
