Anemone 'Wild Swan' (syn. A. rupicola 'Wild Swan', 'Macane001') – Windflower
An award-winning Anemone with a bloom season that runs from spring all the way through fall — one of the longest of any perennial. The elegant 3–3.5" flowers open pure white during the day, revealing a golden yellow center, then close at night to show a beautiful purplish-blue reverse on the petals. Held on wiry, upright stems above the foliage, they have a delicate, dancing quality that's irresistible in borders, rock gardens, and woodland settings. Deer resistant, does not re-seed, and attracts butterflies. A truly exceptional garden plant. PP#23,132.
