Bold and cheerful, Heliopsis hybrid 'Punto Russo' (syn. H. helianthoides 'Punto Russo') produces a profusion of golden-yellow daisy-like flowers with a rich dark center on sturdy, upright stems. A vigorous and long-blooming perennial, it flowers from summer through fall and is a reliable performer in sunny borders and pollinator gardens. Drought tolerant once established and an excellent cut flower.
