Erysimum 'Bowles' Mauve' – Alpine Wallflower
One of the most floriferous perennials for mild climates, Erysimum 'Bowles' Mauve' produces spike-like clusters of rich mauve-pink flowers almost continuously from spring through fall. Its gray-green foliage is attractive year-round, and the plant is remarkably tough — drought tolerant, deer resistant, and thriving in poor, dry soils. If the base becomes woody, it can be planted deep like a tomato to rejuvenate it. An excellent cut flower and a magnet for butterflies.
